Aerobic classes

  • Circuits – a gym class to burn calories fast, have great fun and give your whole body a fantastic workout
  • High Energy – a high intensity exercise class mixing music and choreographed exercise. Burn calories, improve tone and boost cardiovascular fitness
  • Bodycombat ® - a vigorous programme inspired by martial arts. It draws from karate, boxing, tai-chi and a vast array of disciplines
  • Sports hall activities – fun activities in a team
  • Step – this choreographed exercise class on a step platform is great for weight loss and cardiovascular fitness
  • Bodystep – cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear, while muscle conditioning tracks shape and tone your body
  • Total body workout – it's what it says on the tin, an exercise class for a great total workout combining aerobic and stamina exercises
  • Bodyattack® - uses interval training techniques to let you reach and extend your endurance limits
  • Multi circuits – with personal coaching in a motivating group environment. For novice or athlete, this is the exercise class for ultimate results
  • Aerobic Express workouts – these 30 minute gym written programmes will help you achieve your gym goals. You can go it alone when you follow our express workout exercise class in the gym, or enjoy one of our gym based group sessions

Cycling classes

  • Keiser cycling – an individual cycling workout. It's tailored to your own level to develop cardiovascular fitness and burn those calories
  • RPM – is an exercise class with an indoor cycling workout to the beat of powerful music. Your coach will lead the pack through all terrains
