Holistic exercise classes are a world away from gym workouts and high energy exercise classes in the gym. You'll get fit outside the gym in totally calming, relaxed surroundings.

  • Body balance – a yoga, tai chi and Pilates exercise class that builds flexibility and strength. This exercise class will leave you feeling centred and calm
  • Pilates – an exercise class to improve your posture and tone with stretching and strengthening exercises and aid rehabilitation – look on our Pilates page for more
  • Yoga – stimulates, relaxes and revitalises the mind and body. We teach 2 types of yoga – there's Astanga yoga which is a more strenuous form and Hatha yoga which is gentler with more stretches and meditation
