The David Lloyd website has been designed to be as accessible to as wide a range of people as possible. This has involved some additional features that are designed to aid people with visual or physical disabilities to access the site more easily.

To meet this commitment, this website adheres as closely as possible to the Web Accessibility Guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium W3C group, and the UK Government's guidelines in the Disability Discrimination Act (1995).

A sitemap is available to the user for quick page access.

Appearance

This site has been developed using XHTML and CSS which allows visually impaired users to navigate and experience the site content without being restricted by the layout.

Some visitors may find it necessary to increase or decrease the size of the text appearing on screen. This can be achieved by:

Apple Mac - holding the 'Apple' key, then pressing + or - to alter the font size.

PC users can use the 'View' menu, highlighting the 'Text Size', then selecting the appropriate option.
