Choose from a range of yoga and Pilates classes, from Ashtanga and Hatha yoga to Reformer Pilates. Try a SPIRIT class, which combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation. We also offer hot yoga classes for those looking to take their stretching to the next level.

Push it, recover, push it again. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, so expect bursts of intense work with periods of rest to catch your breath.

Our HIIT classes are designed to include a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. Our instructors will make sure you're motivated, enjoying yourself and ready to take on the day. We're ready when you are.

If you like your workouts on two wheels, you’ll love our group cycling classes. These high-energy sessions take place in purpose-built studios, on market-leading bikes.



Follow your performance on screen using the latest workout tracking technology. Incorporate bespoke playlists, dynamic lighting and, in certain sessions, weights exercises to get you in the zone. Foot, meet pedal.

BLAZE Class

BLAZE

Join us in the BLAZE studio. This session is one of our Signature range of classes, and it’s an innovative take on HIIT. Work out in a dynamic space built with one intention in mind – inspiring you to push yourself further.

Use specialist technology to track your progress in real-time as you run, punch, kick and lift your way through the class. Walk away knowing your body is far more capable than you gave it credit for.
